The any reason, any time Still Animals return policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their product. We will accept all exchanges or returns at any point for any reason. 

How to Return:

1. Email us at support@stillanimals.com with a subject line of either 'Return' or 'Exchange' depending on what you wish to do. No explanation necessary.

2. Ship product back to our location: 243 W 700 N Orem, UT 84058. (Customer will pay shipping cost)

3. Once the return arrives at our location we will initiate the full refund. Or send you the new product if you are exchanging.
